Zirconia silica fume is a compound of zirconium dioxide, zirconium oxide melting products. The production of silicon-zirconium off special device which used to collect the silica powder, not only has the general characteristics of sillca, but also a certain amount of zirconia powder. Zirconia silica has a special use in the field of refractories , injection materials, ceramics and building materials industries and high-strength concrete for its features of low impurities and good activity in refractory.
Application:
Electronic materials, plastics, paint and coatings, silicone rubber, adhesives, high-grade;
1) It is widely used in casting refractories,fused and sintered refractories, such as high performance and low cement refractory materials and prefabricated parts, large iron hooks and steel materials,etc.
2) In mortar and concrete industry: high-rise buildings, the harbor docks, water culvert, railway public bridges, subways, tunnels, airport runways.
3) New wall materials, decorative materials, wall thermal insulation mortar, insulation mortar, interface agents.
4) In rubber, resin, paint, unsaturated polyester and reinforced polymer materials used as fill material.
5) Powder processing on the surface of the wall of the building.
